On-site partnerships begin with a site assessment. Buying online reserves your place and starts that assessment. If the site turns out to be unsuitable you get a full refund, no argument.

An honest note. Honeybees are one pollinator among many, and a managed hive is not a substitute for wild pollinator habitat. We will not tell you that sponsoring a hive offsets your carbon or solves biodiversity, because it does not, and anybody who says otherwise is selling you something. What it does is support real bees, support real beekeeping, and give your organisation a genuine connection to both. If wider habitat work matters to you, the wildflower and pollinator initiatives are where that starts.

Can a business sponsor a beehive in the UK?
Yes. Holybees provides corporate beehive sponsorship and managed hive partnerships for businesses in the UK. A company sponsors a real working colony, receives updates through the season, and can have its name on the hive.
How much does corporate beehive sponsorship cost?
Holybees corporate partnerships start at 995 pounds a year for Hive Partner, 2,500 pounds a year for Hive+, and 10,000 pounds a year for hives installed at your own location. On-site partnerships are quoted individually because travel and site conditions vary.
Can we have a beehive at our office?
Sometimes. It depends on the space, the flight path, how close the public and neighbours are, and whether there is somewhere safe to work the hive. Every on-site partnership begins with an assessment, and if a site is not suitable we will say so rather than install anyway.
Can Holybees install hives at our business premises?
Yes, through the Holybees On-Site partnership, subject to a site assessment. Hives are installed and managed by a beekeeper with scheduled visits through the season.
What happens to the honey from our sponsored hive?
Partners receive an allocation from the season, with branded presentation available. Honey depends on the year. Colonies produce a surplus in a good season and nothing in a poor one, and we would rather tell you that up front than promise jars we cannot fill.
Can employees visit the hive?
Yes, by arrangement. Hive visits, beekeeper sessions and honey tastings are available as add-ons. Visits depend on weather and the state of the colony, so dates are agreed rather than fixed in advance.
Can our company branding appear on the hive?
Yes. Every corporate partnership includes a plaque identifying your organisation, and branded hives are part of the On-Site partnership.
Is sponsoring a beehive an ESG initiative?
It can support ESG and CSR reporting as evidence of environmental activity and employee engagement, and partners receive photographs and an annual summary for that purpose. It is not a carbon offset and we do not present it as one.
How does beekeeping support biodiversity?
Managed colonies support pollination locally and beekeeping sustains the skills and habitat work that pollinators depend on. Honeybees are one pollinator among many, and wild bees, hoverflies and moths matter too, which is why wildflower and pollinator habitat initiatives are part of the larger partnerships.
Can we sponsor multiple hives across different locations?
Yes. Multi-site and bespoke programmes are available for larger organisations. Tell us the locations and we will come back with a structure.
Do you offer corporate bee adoption as employee gifts?
Yes. Companies can buy bee adoptions in volume for employees, clients or customers, each with a named bee and a numbered certificate, and company-branded digital certificates are available.
